The Job:
Step into the role of a Sales Development Representative at Dynatos, where you’ll elevate our Sales success. You’ll be the vital link between Sales Executives, Marketing, and leads. You’ll forge new connections and generate leads using your creativity and determination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business via various media and phone outreach to target accounts.
- Evangelizing our propositions and building relationships.
- Collaborating with marketing to create market demand through campaign-based approaches.
- Partnering with sales to develop and execute sales/pipeline strategies.
- Managing data registration and enrichment (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
- Attending customer events and ensuring follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
We need a self-starter with:
- A consistent track record in lead generation and new business development, primarily via phone.
- Experience in software sales.
- Strong planning skills.
- A driven, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Is This You?:
- You have over a year of experience as a Sales Development professional in the Software and/or Business Services sector and can share your success stories.
- Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional.
- You approach tasks methodically and execute them meticulously.
- You are ambitious, eager to develop, and open to learning from trainers and colleagues.
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
- You report directly to the Sales Director for the Netherlands.
