Source-to-Pay Solution Architect

Your role

As a source-to-pay solution architect at Dynatos, you will be at the forefront of transforming our clients’ Source-to-Pay processes. This hands-on role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, where you’ll play a key role in driving implementations and workshops while taking ownership of end-to-end projects.

While your primary focus will be on Coupa, your expertise may also be leveraged across other financial process automation systems to meet client needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing expertise in Financial Process Automation, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).
• Facilitate workshops to analyze, design, and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Configure and implement the Coupa platform to address client needs, leveraging best practices and ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Provide training, testing, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions to live operations.
• Take on project management tasks, including scoping, planning, execution, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced consultants and developers to deliver solutions that enhance financial process automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and bring fresh ideas to Dynatos’ Source-to-Pay practice
• Drive international projects, contributing to the success of clients across various industries.

Is this you?

We’re looking for a motivated individual with a hands-on, proactive mindset and strong expertise in Source-to-Pay solutions, including:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business IT, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years as a Coupa Consultant or within the Source-to-Pay domain, with a proven track record in workshop facilitation and project management.
• 3-5 years consulting experience in the Source-to-Pay or Finance domain, preferably with Coupa or other leading platforms.
• Experience with international project environments is an advantage

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• A proactive, curious mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops with expertise in analyzing business processes, providing improvement advice, and configuring Coupa software accordingly.
• Familiarity with project management practices and methodologies, with a formal certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being a plus.
• Deep understanding of S2P/P2P processes and Coupa functionalities (e.g., sourcing, procurement, invoicing, supplier management).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware) is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
