Sven Nys
Sometimes we reach a crossroads in life where we need to make a complete change. This applies not only to top athletes at the end of their active careers but also to many others, whether by choice or due to circumstances such as the COVID-19 crisis. But how do you approach such a transformation? Sven Nys, known as a man with a plan, has reinvented himself in recent years on multiple levels: as a person, father, and professional. He transitioned from cyclist to manager and from father to coach.
In 2016, cyclocross legend Sven Nys ended his cycling career and has since become a successful entrepreneur, manager, analyst, and speaker.

Elke Van Calsteren is P2P Business Process Owner at Telix Pharmaceuticals. As the first internal P2P expert she was able to put the discipline on the young organization’s agenda. Elke’s history in P2P consulting enabled her to effectively drive the advantages of integrating a P2P suite with the ERP system to guide her company’s decision-making process. She led a successful Coupa implementation with global adoption through effective change management.

Maarten van den Broek is a highly skilled FinOps Manager at Technische Unie, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance, business, and ICT. His broad expertise within various organizations allows him to add significant value in various functions, including Business Controlling and Management. Maarten’s career is marked by a strong focus on continuous improvement, value creation, and achieving financial results.
Maarten holds a degree in Commercial and Business Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. In his role at Technische Unie, Maarten organizes effective financial processes in particular with regard to Accounts Payable, and also with regard General Ledger and Accounts Receivable. He acts as the BPO for SAP FI/CO implementation within Finance, drives process improvements, and manages a team of about 20 FTEs.

Louis Theunckens is the Business Process Owner and Lead of the Finance Expert Team at Vandemoortele HQ, leveraging over 30 years of experience in operational and corporate finance to drive improvements, automation, and efficiency gains across the Group. Previously, he served as an interim manager at Telenet and Cloostermans NV and was CFO for The Swatch Group in Belgium and the Netherlands for a decade, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and various service centers. He also developed Swatch Group’s retail network in the region.
Louis began his career at Gerber Scientific’s European headquarters, holding senior management positions in finance and HR over 15 years. He is a trusted business partner, dynamic problem solver, and team player with a positive attitude.
