Febelco’s manual invoice processing system involved extensive line-by-line checks, coding, and data entry, which required seven full-time employees and was highly prone to human error. With a growing volume of invoices—approximately 240,000 annually—this labor-intensive process highlighted the urgent need for a scalable automation solution to maintain efficiency and accuracy without increasing the workforce.
Solution
The implementation of the Routty system, combined with AP Essentials for invoice capture, brought a significant transformation to Febelco’s invoice processing. This automated solution streamlined workflows, drastically reducing manual data entry errors and enhancing processing speed.
